Brewing Guide

Includes a sample for testing.

 Preparation: Warm your brewing vessel before use.

 Ratio: Use 7g of tea for a 120ml Gaiwan.

 Water: Use boiling water.

 Rinsing: You may rinse the tea once.

 Steeping: * First Infusion: Steep for approximately 15 seconds to allow the leaves to unfold.

 Subsequent Infusions: Steep quickly ("fast in, fast out").

 After 6th Infusion: Increase steeping time appropriately.

 Alternative Method: Can also be steeped (Tea-to-water ratio: 1:200).
