Vintage Ancient Bush Shuixian Wuyi Rock Tea — Collector’s Tin · 125g

This is Old Bush Shuixian (老枞水仙) from the rock terrain of Wuyi Mountain, and the age of these bushes changes everything. While most commercial Shuixian comes from plants under 20 years old, these bushes have been growing undisturbed in the Wuyi rock for six to seven decades. That depth of root, that accumulation of mineral character from the rock soil, that decades-long relationship between the plant and its environment, it all ends up in your cup in a way that younger plants simply cannot replicate.

In the cup: a deep, rich amber liquor with the unmistakable Yan Yun: the rock rhyme that defines true Wuyi tea. Aged wood character, deep roasted complexity, a natural sweetness that emerges slowly and a finish that resonates through the throat long after the last sip. • 8g · 100°C · Gaiwan or clay teapot
• First infusion: 4–5 seconds
• Add 6–8 seconds each round · 10–12 infusions.
