Aged 2019 Wild Grove Plum Blossom Peony White Tea - 300g

Six years of natural aging have done something remarkable to this tea. 

Crafted by Master Mei Xiangjing from wild, untended old-grove trees, the kind left to grow on their own terms, developing a depth and complexity that cultivated plants simply cannot replicate. Harvested in spring 2019 and aged naturally, this White Peony has slowly transformed into something genuinely rare. The wild grove character gives it a full, rooted body while six years of aging have coaxed out the signature plum blossom fragrance that serious collectors wait years to experience.

In the cup: a warm amber liquor, smooth and layered with aged honey sweetness, a distinct plum blossom character and a long, deep finish that lingers beautifully. This is aged white tea at its most expressive.

Brewing:

• 5g · 95–98°C · Gaiwan or clay teapot

• First infusion: 20–30 seconds

• Add 5 seconds each round · 10–12 infusions

• Fresh or spring water only
