White Dew (白露, Bái Lù) one of the most prized seasonal windows in the Chinese tea calendar. Leaves harvested at this exact moment carry a unique depth and natural sweetness that sets them apart from spring harvests entirely, bolder, fuller and with a warming character that speaks of the season changing. 

Master Mei Bozhen’s 2023 White Dew Shoumei is already developing beautifully after two years of natural aging. The mature leaves that define Shoumei give it real body and structure, a tea with genuine bones that will only improve with time. Brewing:

• 5g · 95–100°C · Clay teapot or gaiwan
• First infusion: 20–30 seconds
• Add 4–5 seconds each round · 10–12 infusions
• Boiling water welcomed, Shoumei is bold enough to handle the heat
• Excellent cold brewed, steep overnight in cold filtered water for a naturally sweet summer drink.
